Christine Armstrong

Administration Manager
Christine works Tuesday to Friday across both clinics.

Professional Background/Experience

Christine has over 25 years experience working in the health industry and not for profit sector. She also works on a part time basis for her partner who is a psychologist.

Christine’s previous experience includes working for Southcity GP Services Division of General Practice as Practice Support Co-coordinator and working as a team member at local medical and psychology practices.

Personal Interests Outside Work

Travel is at the top of Christine’s list. She also loves spending time with her family and friends.

Clare Chisholm

Practice Manager
Clare works Tuesday to Friday across both clinics.

Professional Background/Experience

Clare has worked in a variety of administrative and customer services roles for the Melbourne Cricket Club, Buxton Bentleigh Real Estate and at Ayers Rock. She is passionate about providing quality customer service and enjoys working within a dedicated and friendly team. She has genuine interest in helping people to achieve healthy and active lifestyles and relates well to children.

Personal Interests Outside of Work

Clare enjoys spending time with her husband, Pete, their son Rory, daughter Georgia and their boisterous puppy Walter. She loves to exercise, read (in the sunshine preferably) and to spend time with family & friends.

Michy Rosens

Michy has had a lot of customer service experience in a number of different roles.

Her friendly approach and people skills have been developed and enhanced through experience in the retail industry, the entertainment industry and training networks.

She is able to build and maintain good relationships and her committed, determined and friendly nature makes her a great people-person!

Professional background/experience 

Ana has previously worked as a mother craft nurse at hospitals such as Masada and St Vincent’s as well as privately visiting families’ homes for parent craft support.

Ana loves working at NEST because of her strong interest in family and perinatal health.

Personal interests outside work 

Ana loves spending time with her husband, Glen, and their 2 year old son, Parker . She enjoys exercising, taking nature adventures and spending many hours at the beach.

Rachel Freeman

Receptionist

Professional background/experience


Rachel has previously worked in architecture, marketing and graphic design in London and Melbourne. Whilst working at NEST is a totally different environment she is loving the challenge and the variety it brings - especially getting to meet and greet all of NEST's patients.

Rachel loves spending time with her husband Ben, and cheeky toddler Alfie - and when Alfie allows it, visiting Melbourne's fabulous cafes!

Annabel Henderson-Miller

Professional background/experience

Annabel joined NEST after working as a Dental receptionist as well as working in hospitality. She is currently studying at The University of Melbourne doing her Bachelor of Arts, with aspirations to become a psychologist. 

Personal interests outside of work

She has recently spent 4 months travelling Europe and wishes to do shorter trips all around the world. Annabel loves spending time with her family and friends, as well as with her dogs!

Maddy has worked for a number of years in hospitality as well as having been involved in VCE tutoring at Loreto Mandeville Hall and netball coaching. She is currently studying at the University of Melbourne, completing her Psychology Honours year, with the hopes of becoming a Clinical Psychologist. 

Personal Interests Outside of Work

In her spare time, Maddy enjoys going for coffee or exploring markets with her family, friends and dog Dalla. She is also passionate about travelling and would love go on more trips in the near future.

Emily Hunt

Assistant Practice Manager
Emily works Monday to Friday at both our Elsternwick and Hawthorn clinics.

Professional Background/Experience

Emily has worked in medical administration within various fields for the past 5 years and thoroughly enjoys communicating with patients in order to provide them with the best possible service. She is a keen organiser and loves working as part of a team. Emily recently completed her Bachelor of Science at The University of Melbourne and is looking to continue her studies in Women's and Sexual Health in the future.

Personal Interests Outside of Work

Emily is a keen traveller and loves exploring various cultures and foods  from different parts of the world. In her spare time, Emily takes her dog Whisky to The Royal Children's Hospital as a therapy animal. She also loves to cook and spend time with her loved ones.

Naomi Berman

Professional background/experience

Naomi is a qualified early childhood educator who has worked in the education field for over ten years. After coming to NEST as a patient with her two young daughters for the last few years, she has been won over by the warm, welcoming and professional environment at NEST and has been inspired to change careers and join the administrative team.

She is excited about applying the many transferrable skills from her years as a teacher to her new position at NEST as well as gaining new skills and expertise.

Naomi enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, daughters, Halle and Miley and their dog Chilli. She loves to cook and is passionate about yoga and wellness.

Carlene Rotblat

Practice Nurse and Receptionist
Carlene works Tuesday to Friday at NEST Elsternwick

Professional background/experience

Carlene completed her Diploma of Nursing at Boxhill Institute of Technology in 2011 and did a further 2 years of nursing education at Monash University Peninsula.
She started working in a Jewish Aged Care facility in 2012 and worked there until she moved into Primary heath in 2013. Carlene completed a certificate in Wound Closure in 2014 through the Benchmarque Group and was then able to assist patients in the primary health setting with acute wounds in need of stitching or gluing. Carlene has spent the last 6 years in the Primary health/General practice setting and is passionate about the importance of primary health care.

Professional interests

Since working in Primary heath, Carlene has developed an interested in the care of young families and children, from the time they are conceived through to future development. Carlene also has a keen interest in childhood immunisations and travel vaccinations.

Personal interests

Carlene enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter Abbey. She enjoys escape rooms and trying new cuisines. Carlene has also spent a lot of time traveling around Asia and Europe and hopes to continue exploring the world with her family.
