With the abundance of dietary information available, it can be challenging to know what to eat! Nicole will tailor advice to suit the needs of each individual, explore your particular goals and provide you with the tools required to overcome diet and lifestyle challenges. If you would like evidence-based advice in the following areas, she will help you to glow, grow or nurture:

• Diet for fertility
• Eating for a healthy pregnancy
• Gestational diabetes management
• Weight management at any stage of the life-cycle
• How to manage your diet during pregnancy with morning sickness, reflux, iron deficiency or constipation
• Staying healthy on a vegetarian or vegan diet (avoiding nutrient deficiencies)
• Eating for breastfeeding
• Staying healthy as a new mum
• Irritable Bowel Syndrome (including low FODMAP diet)
• Infant growth (breastfeeding, formula or mixed feeding, introducing solids, etc.)
• Fussy eating
• Food allergies and intolerances

We will work together towards glowing, sustainable and happy eating.

Fees & Services 


In this session, we will talk extensively about:

• You or your child’s usual eating patterns
• Your lifestyle, work and social patterns
• If pregnant, how you are feeling and symptoms you may be experiencing
• Relevant medical history, including blood test results related to the visit
• Your personal lifestyle goals

At the end of the session, you will receive:

• I will provide you with a detailed summary of your current diet in relation to your specific nutrient requirements
• I will translate this into an individualised plan developed in consultation with you to integrate suggested changes, with real food recommendations.
• This will include: what and how much to eat, symptom control, how to integrate suggestions into your lifestyle, addressing challenges to change.
• Useful resources based on your needs
• Recipe and meal planning ideas, personalised to your lifestyle



In this session, we discuss:

• How you are managing with overall health
• Review of your diet and nutrient requirements. Have they changed due to pregnancy, breastfeeding, weaning?
• Adjust the advice based on current situation or new information
• Support and ongoing guidance to promote health
• Provision of further information to support health changes


**A referral isn’t essential, but may help to provide useful background information. Most Australian health funds have levels of cover that give a rebate for visits to Accredited Practising Dietitians. You may also be eligible for a rebate through the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS), for a chronic health condition, talk to your GP about this.


Getting out and about with a new baby can be challenging. To make life easier for you, Nicole can see you either in the clinic, or in the comfort of your home. A home visit is convenient and provides lots of extra benefits, and you don’t have to worry about fitting an appointment around your children’s sleeping or eating patterns.  A home visit allows Nicole to complete a comprehensive and individualised assessment, including:

• Understanding the family’s eating patterns, by having a look at the home dining set-up, fridge and pantry
• Understanding how the family functions at mealtimes
• Providing specific advice to improve the nutritional profile of your pantry
• Specific advice to assist the family develop healthy eating habits
• Meal planning and recipe ideas
