Alison also works with clients experiencing stress and anxiety, depression, marriage and relationship problems, parenting concerns, life transition, adjustment issues, low self-esteem and grief and loss. Due to her experience in workplace mental health, Alison also assists clients who are struggling with work-related issues such as job insecurity, poor workplace support, chronic work stress and burnout.

Alison endeavours to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. Alison draws from a number of treatment approaches to meet individual client needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness techniques.
