Professional background/experience
Rachel is a clinical psychologist who completed her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology at Monash University in 2005. She specialised in child, adolescent and family psychology. Rachel has worked in private practice, public and private mental health settings, and has also been involved in psychotherapy research in the US. Rachel is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and a member of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.

Professional Interests 
Rachel works with adults and has a special interest in supporting parents during the transition to parenthood. Rachel also sees clients experiencing anxiety and stress, depression or post natal depression, parenting concerns, relationship problems, low self-esteem, perfectionism, eating and body image issues. Rachel provides supportive psychotherapy and incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques to meet individual client needs. Rachel is passionate about working with clients to understand and work through their concerns before they become overwhelming problems.
