I am a Registered Psychologist who completed my studies and clinical training in South Africa. I have a deep interest in attachment and the profound ways our early experiences shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. My work focuses on supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and bereavement, relationship difficulties, maternal mental health, and postpartum adjustment and support.

Alongside therapeutic work, I also specialise in comprehensive assessments for children and adolescents, supporting diagnostic clarification and meaningful intervention planning across cognitive, emotional, behavioural, social, and academic domains.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative and relational, where we work together to make sense of your story and move toward growth and healing. While my work is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I draw on a range of evidence-informed modalities and broader psychotherapeutic interventions. tailored to each client’s individual needs, I have completed Level 1 training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy, Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) training, and training through COPE in perinatal mental health assessment and care.

I view therapy as a space to slow down, make sense of the patterns and experiences that shape us, and move toward deeper insight, healing emotional wounds, and connection. Through exploring both past and present experiences, I aim to support clients in strengthening their relationship with themselves and others while cultivating a more authentic and meaningful way of living.

I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and holistic, recognising the importance of understanding each person within the context of their relationships, history, culture, and broader life experience. Beyond the therapy room, I am also a wife and active community participant, roles that continue to deepen my appreciation for connection, resilience, and the complexity of the human experience.
