Two of NEST’s founding Directors, Dr Fran Arcuri
and Dr Sam Margis, are specialist Perinatal Psychiatrists, and are well complemented by Dr. Chantal Esnault, Dr. Celeste Hoopmann
and Dr Michael Batt. Together, our Psychiatrists provide expert Psychiatric care across all aspects of the transition to parenthood.
Our specialist Perinatal Psychiatrists have extensive experience working with women and their families in pregnancy planning and counselling, pregnancy support and postnatal psychiatric disorders. Each is also skilled in the provision of psychotherapy and the management of medication when needed.
In addition to our Perinatal Psychiatry team, NEST is also privileged to have leading Child Psychiatrist Dr. Karen Gaunson
and General Adult Psychiatrist, Dr Gabriella Nastasi
as members of our team.
