Dr. Edna Correal 

Edna completed her Medical degree at Universidad del Cauca in Colombia. She is a fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and holds the Diploma in Child Health awarded by The Children’s Hospital at Westmead and The University of Sydney. She has worked in the hospital system and in general practice in Melbourne, regional Victoria and Canberra. 

Edna has special interests in women and children’s health, travel medicine and lifestyle medicine. She undertook the Short Course in Travel Medicine at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and has gained experience working at university GP clinics in Melbourne. She is a member of the Australian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and is on her pathway to obtain ASLM fellowship. Edna strongly believes in prevention, evidence-based practice and holistic approach to provide optimal care. 

Edna is passionate about exploring Melbourne on foot, living mindfully, Travelling, book clubs and photography. Capturing moments through lenses is a hobbie she shares with her husband and sister.
