Dr Tash Ching (Doctor Tash) is a General Paediatrician and Paediatric Infectious Diseases Physician with a particular interest in behavioural and developmental paediatrics. She is passionate about helping families understand behaviour through the lens of connection, emotional safety, and child development.

Dr Tash particularly enjoys supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents, including those with autism, ADHD, and giftedness. She has a special interest in working with twice-exceptional (2E) children and adolescents: those who are both gifted and have autism and/or ADHD.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that behaviour is communication and that strong parent-child relationships provide the foundation for healthy emotional development and wellbeing. She aims to work collaboratively with families to better understand their child’s strengths, challenges, and individual needs.

As a mother of three, Dr Tash brings both professional expertise and personal lived experience to her work. She understands that the journey of parenting can be beautiful, challenging, and deeply transformative, and is passionate about helping families feel more confident, connected, and supported as they navigate the challenges of parenting and child development.

Beyond the consulting room, Doctor Tash shares reflections and practical insights through her platform and as co-host of the Mum 2 Mum with Doctor Tash podcast. Her passion is helping families navigate the real, messy, and deeply human journey of raising children, while recognising that parenting has a way of growing us too. Families can learn more, access resources, and join her monthly email list through her website.
