Professional Background/Experience:
Vicky is a registered psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working across private practice, hospital, and telehealth settings. She holds a PhD from the University of Melbourne in Paediatrics and Neuropsychology, and has worked across a broad range of clinical environments, supporting individuals, couples, and families.
In addition to her clinical work, Vicky has experience working with corporate clients and within IVF and fertility settings, providing psychological support across different life stages and complex presentations. She is known for her warm, down-to-earth approach and her ability to tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs.

Professional Interests:
Vicky works with adults, adolescents, and children, and also offers couples counselling. She has a particular interest in anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics.
She supports clients experiencing stress, low mood, overwhelm, relationship challenges, and difficulties with self-esteem and identity, as well as those navigating fertility and life transition challenges. Vicky draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, to help clients build insight, develop practical strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
She is passionate about providing a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered to work through challenges before they become more entrenched.
