Interests: Lactation (breastfeeding problems), Pregnancy planning, Paediatrics, Women’s Health, Perimenopause, Menopause, Perinatal mental health.

Consults: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and monthly Saturdays.

Professional background:

Maryallan completed her medical training at  Monash University almost 20yrs ago and undertook specialist GP training in metropolitan and outer metropolitan Melbourne thereafter. 

After having her first child, she became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2017.

She joined Nest in 2018. 

Professional interests:

Maryallan has a keen interest in all aspects of general practice, but has the extra qualification of being an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She will help you with your breastfeeding goals and the transition to parenthood along with all the aspects of women’s and child health. 

She is qualified to insert Mirena and Implanon.



In 2026 Maryallan joined the Australasian Menopause Society to help women navigate the transition through menopause.

Personal interests:

Maryallan is married with 3 children and enjoys camping, tennis and going to the beach.
