Professional Background/Experience:
Noah is an AASW-accredited Social Worker with over 15 years’ experience working as a therapist across a range of clinical settings. He has extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families, including over a decade of work at Headspace, where he worked closely with young people and their parents to rebuild trust, repair relationships, and establish respectful boundaries.
Noah has worked alongside clinical and counselling psychologists at Headspace and other clinical settings, which has informed his holistic and integrated approach to mental health care. He works with both individuals and couples, supporting clients to navigate change and develop healthier patterns of communication, responsiveness, and self-awareness within their relationships.
Professional Interests:
Noah works from a person-centred, strengths-based perspective, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. He supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and overwhelm, helping them to feel calmer, more energised, and more connected.
He has a particular interest in relationship dynamics, family functioning, and supporting clients to build resilience and self-understanding. Noah works collaboratively with clients to explore the interaction between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and to develop practical tools and strategies that support meaningful and sustained change.
