Purni completed her Masters in Global Business at Coventry University (London, UK) and joined the Healthcare industry (NHS) in 2013. With a career spanning more than a decade, she has worked for several healthcare organizations in capacities as both a Practice Manager and a Business Development Manager. From overseeing clinic operations to spearheading strategic development initiatives, her tenure reflects a dedication to excellence and a proactive approach to service delivery. Whether managing administrative tasks, fostering team collaboration, or ensuring regulatory compliance, she holds a firm commitment to upholding quality customer service and nurturing a supportive team culture. 

A traveller at heart, Purni enjoys exploring diverse destinations in search of enriching experiences, and when she isn't travelling, she loves to listen to engaging podcasts or watch shows on true crime. She also adores her two cats and enjoys Sunday afternoon brunches with her family and friends.
